For teams
Corporate and group travel
Fast turnaround, clean invoicing, and one person who answers the phone when a flight moves at eleven at night.
In Ruaan's words
Why I send people here
Corporate travel is a different job from holidays. Nobody is dreaming about it. They want the right flight, at the right price, booked in an hour, with an invoice that the finance person does not have to query.
What I offer is the thing large agencies stopped offering: one person who knows your business, answers directly, and is awake when your traveller is stuck in Doha. No ticket number, no queue, no explaining the situation three times.
For groups, incentives and conferences the work is mostly logistics. Forty people out of three cities into one destination, arriving close enough together that the transfers make sense, is a spreadsheet problem before it is a travel problem, and I like that part.
What makes it
Three things that decide the trip
Policy aligned
Tell me your travel policy once and I book inside it. No approvals bouncing back and forth.
Real invoicing
Coded to cost centres, VAT ready, delivered the way your finance team asks for it.
Groups and incentives
Schools, corporates and families. Coordinated flights, stays and ground transport out of multiple cities.

Ticketed, itinerary out to the traveller, invoice coded and sent to finance.

Booked and invoiced
And when it changes

Because it will. That is the part you are actually paying for.
